This lace-shoe sports a comfortable, lightweight EVA sole. EVA is a soft, dampening and nicely supple material. The durability of this material is similar to that of a standard rubber sole. The leather heel construction with its dovetail heel tip completes the luxurious finish. The tongue of the shoe is finished with a subtle leather label featuring a laser-cut ‘F’. The light brown suede, tanned in Tuscany, has a beautiful and rich nap.

“With this shoe, we had a clear goal in mind: a light and airy summer shoe. We made the sole extremely light and flexible. The sole is so light that at one point we even had trouble with gravity and the laws of gravitation and stuff. I don't mean to exaggerate, but if Newton, instead of seeing the apple fall from a tree, had seen this shoe fall from the table, the classic laws of nature would be completely different today. That’s how light this shoe is. But seriously, this is a really nice summer shoe that’s easy to slip on and off. You hardly feel it on your foot and it looks neat and a bit casual.”
