This model with a grey sole is made of durable TPU. The heel is divided by a dovetail joint into a cushioning TPU and a luxurious leather section, which is finished with 6 copper nails. The lining is made of premium calf leather. This version is made of blue pinted leather. The shoe is stitched through according to the Blake method.

For men’s shoes, Floris van Bommel uses the English (UK) shoe size system in whole and half sizes (5 to 13½). This allows for a very accurate fitting range. The two tables below show how the UK sizes relate to EU sizes and centimetres. In the video, we show you how to measure your feet correctly.

"On the bottom of this shoe’s sole, I added a little drawing. It's two shoes talking to each other. Or rather, one shoe says to the other: "So you are a Floris van Bommel shoe?" He talks by moving his sole up and down at the front like a lower jaw. The other shoe replies with: "Mpff, mpff". And that, of course, is because it’s indeed a Floris van Bommel shoe! The sole is firmly attached. So, it can't talk. Anyway, the blank stares I’ve received so far in response to this drawing are pretty telling. That’s why I’m explaining it here. This way, should you go for this model, you can focus entirely on the shoe itself. And I’ll spend some time thinking about whether I should go "mpff mpff" more often when trying to be funny."
