Due to the coronavirus, we all need to take appropriate health measures. The well-being of our employees and our customers is of the utmost importance to us at Floris van Bommel. Currently, we’re unable to send packages according to our usual service in some countries. Below, you will find an overview of the countries that are currently affected.
For all other countries, we recommend that you have all parcels delivered to your home address so that you can definitely receive them. Please check the track & trace link to make sure that you can accept the package at the expected delivery time. You will receive the track & trace link via e-mail once the package leaves our warehouse. Please be aware that your order may be delayed for several days.

Yes. In our distribution centre, we strictly follow the guidelines stipulated by the authorities. Our delivery agents are instructed to maintain the necessary distance and avoid physical contact when dropping off parcels.
The processing time of online shop orders remains unchanged. Orders placed before 5 pm will be shipped the same day. Our distribution partner DHL also still has the same processing times. As with any shipment, we have no influence on the actual shipping time, once the package has left our distribution centre. It may happen that DHL takes longer to deliver a package.
Neighbours may be less willing to accept packages from other people due to the coronavirus. We recommend to use a delivery address where the package can definitely be received. With the track and trace code that you receive from us via email, you can check where the package is and when the delivery can be expected.
Many people would prefer if they didn’t have to pick up a package at a DHL service point during this period. This is another reason why it would be beneficial to ensure that the package can definitely be received at the delivery address provided.
If you haven’t been able to receive the package at the specified delivery address after two delivery attempts, please check the address of the service point that is stated on the note that you received from the delivery agent in your letterbox. Due to the coronavirus, it is possible that your regular DHL service point has been closed and the package has gone to another service point near you.
JYes you can, most service points and post offices are still open, but this may change. Please search online for the current opening times of your local post office.
